When the Price is Right.

The luxury real estate market is quickly shifting. Between stock market volatility and current events, buyers are much more watchful and days on market are increasing for higher-priced homes. The good news is there’s no need to panic. In this market, location and listing price still go a long way. If you’re considering selling, hire a competitive agent with a brilliant pricing strategy and proven results. It’ll make all the difference.
