Cerulean Blue creates community, gives back A local co ee house is committed to providing a di erent co ee house experience, while supporting nonpro ts along the way. “Everyone that walks through the door should feel welcome in our space,” said Paul Dietzler, co-owner of Cerulean Blue Co ee House. Dietzler, who co-owns Cerulean Blue with his wife Jackie, said the co ee shop’s name pays hom- age to a place they both enjoy: Destin, Florida. What they o er Cerulean Blue strives to serve the best cup of co ee, which is sourced from Guatemalan and Honduran farmers, Dietzler said. The menu also includes homemade baked goods, sandwiches, teas and salads. The impact As part of its e ort to give back, the business

donates a water lter to a family in Guatemala or Honduras for every 10 pounds of co ee sold within Cerulean Blue, with over 300 given to date. The co ee house also provides a $25,000 matching donation to spotlighted nonpro ts on a quarterly basis. “We’re just really here to bring awareness to critical problems and issues that are happening right in our own communities,” Dietzler said.
