Chesmar Homes is now selling properties at its newest development in Stone Oak. Known as Centero at Stone Oak, the community oers three and four-bedroom homes in seven dierent models. The details Located at 20675 Huebner Road, the single-fam- ily community oers homes ranging from 1,661 to 2,300 square feet. Prices start at $425,990 and go up to $495,990. “[Centero at Stone Oak] is in a centralized location in a highly desirable area, and [the community] is the only new development in Stone Oak. Everything else is pre-owned, [and] you would have to remodel to [give a pre-owned home comparable amenities,]” Hernandez said.
