9 The Storehouse of Collin County Plano-based nonpro t organization The Storehouse of Collin County launched a job partnership program earlier this year, according to a news release from the organization. The Storehouse’s new program will help provide job opportunities to Storehouse clients. Lux Ice, a Flower Mound-based craft ice company, is the program’s rst partner.
10 Petco Petco opened a new location in the Preston Park Village shopping center in South Plano. The store opened in early August and o ers a variety of food, supplies and services for pets. The new Petco is part of a $30 million redevelopment of the shopping center.
