Jeerson Ownsby Project: Jeerson Ownsby is a planned 436-unit multifamily community being developed by JPI. The four-building complex is expected to feature amenities such as a pool, tness center, dog park and a standalone clubhouse. Update: The development recently received nearly $24 million in clean energy nancing to support energy and water saving eciency upgrades at the complex. • 317 E. Bella Prosper Project: Bella Prosper, a 62-acre mixed-use

development, is under consideration by Prosper ocials and is planned to include 271 multifamily units and 116 townhome units.
