The Reserve at McCasland Farm The project: The Reserve at McCasland Farm is a 50- acre single-family development proposed in northwest Prosper. The development is planned to feature 96 houses, with amenities such as a playground and fishing pier. Update: Prosper Town Council approved in February a request to rezone the property for the development, which is expected to begin construction in about a year.
