improve major roadways Pflugerville and Hutto are each seeking funding from Williamson County for several planned transportation projects. Over the past several months, Williamson County collected proposals from cities for projects to be included in a possible road and park bond election this November. Pflugerville and Hutto submitted their proposals April 25 and May 4, respectively. Hutto’s proposed projects total approximately $70 million and include an overpass over Hwy. 79 along with a project repaving and expanding CR 132. Pflugerville’s proposals include intersection improvements and road expansions near the inter- section of FM 685 and Gattis School Road, where several development projects are underway. The Williamson County Citizens Bond Commit- tee will meet throughout June to discuss how to prioritize projects. Timeline: TBD Cost: TBD Funding source: Williamson County

Agreement advances overhaul of intersections at FM 685 in Pflugerville Two projects bringing intersection improvements to FM 685 continue to move forward with the approval of an agreement between Pfluger- ville and the Texas Department of Transportation. SH 130 frontage road. The agreement with TxDOT, which Pflugerville City Council approved May 9, allows the city to perform work in the TxDOT right of way.
