Magnolia Condominiums for lease in San Marcos Magnolia Condominiums, a contemporary-style residential townhome community located at 313 Mill St. in San Marcos, has reached completion. About the project The project, which began in fall 2022, was devel- oped by San Marcos-based real estate company Vance J. Elliott Realty Group. Magnolia Condominiums has four condos across two buildings. Each two-story condo is equipped with a: • Two-car garage • Dryer • Dishwasher • Set of stainless steel appliances Each condo has two bedrooms with another room that can be used as an office space along with three bathrooms.

New complex in San Marcos in final stages A new apartment complex, Arden 231, is nearing completion in San Marcos. The project is being developed by Dal- las-based real estate developer Kalterra Capital Partners on Windsor Blvd. Arden 231 is slated to open in March, according to Whitney Miller, SunRidge Management Group’s marketing director. Arden 231 has 249 units for rent that are a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
The condos are located at 313 Mill St. in San Marcos.
