SUMMERWOOD TRAILS New home community Summerwood Trails has completed its development phase and is ready to begin construction in early 2023, real estate agency MHW Real Estate announced in a Jan. 3 news release. CITY PLACE City Place, a 65-acre mixed-use development at I-45 and League Line Road, is in the final stages of development. Principal Bryan D’Agostino said the development will be complete in November with the opening of City Place Phase 2, a 272-unit garden-style apartment complex that broke ground in October. OFFICES AT WHITE OAK Offices at White Oak is a multibuilding business park with build-to-suit offices and flex buildings. According to the developer—Longmire WhiteOak Development LLC—the property has single and multitenant buildings available for lease and for sale with an additional building underway.
