RENOVATED RETAIL CENTER Renovations to the former Ace Hardware building on the corner of Imperial Oaks Boulevard and Rayford Road were completed Feb. 18. According to DSO Construction owner Daniel Otwell, the project included work on the roof and canopies. The building will become a retail center.

LIFE TIME FITNESS Work is progressing on the Life Time Fitness center in Shenandoah, located on Six Pines Drive near Research Forest Drive. The development will be completed by summer 2023 and will include a multifamily residential component. Life Time ocials have said the pandemic has delayed the project. Space: 11 acres Timeline: November 2021 (resumed)-summer 2023

CENTROHOMES A Centro Homes development is underway east of Metropark Square in Shenandoah. According to John Mayner, the director of the Shenandoah Convention & Visitors Bureau, the incoming homes will be three- and four-bedroom rental units. The units were

originally planned as single-family homes. Space: 1,619-2,012 square feet (per home) Timeline: TBD
