According to Ubiquity ocials, the company plans to invest $75 million to establish ber connectivity across the city. Installation work will be- gin simultaneously in the northwest and southeast sections of Georgetown. Con- struction is expected to take two to three years to complete. Ubiquity Operations Managing Director Patrick O’Leary said the project will provide connectivity for 80% of residents and 95% of businesses in Georgetown with the rst customers expected to come online this summer.
