Multifamily housing updates in Frisco
Update: Units are being preleased in the community and interested residents can schedule a hard-hat tour of the property. One- and two-bedroom units are available in the apartment community. • 7291 Elm St., Frisco • www.beaconraildistrict.com Champions Frisco The project: Champions Frisco is a mixed-use development on the southwest corner of Mahard Parkway and University Drive that will include multifamily units, as well as o ce and retail space. There will be 700 urban living units and 74 townhomes. Update: Frisco Planning and Zoning Commission approved plans for the development June 24. • Mahard Parkway and University Drive • No contact information is available North Fields The project: North Fields is a community that is part of the broader Fields development. Update: Frisco Planning and Zoning Commission approved plans for 363 urban living units and one parking garage at its June 24 meeting. Lexington Ranch The project: Lexington Ranch is a multifamily community in north Frisco that o ers both apartments and townhomes. Apartment units are o ered in studios or one-to-three bedrooms. Amenities include a pool, a clubhouse, gym and more. Update: Lexington Ranch units became available in March.
The Links on PGA Parkway The project: When complete, the development will include more than 1,300 units. There are 690 units at the complex now. Update: Developers broke ground on the nal phases of the project in May.
