Multifamily housing updates in Frisco

Update: Units are being preleased in the community and interested residents can schedule a hard-hat tour of the property. One- and two-bedroom units are available in the apartment community. • 7291 Elm St., Frisco • www.beaconraildistrict.com Champions Frisco The project: Champions Frisco is a mixed-use development on the southwest corner of Mahard Parkway and University Drive that will include multifamily units, as well as oce and retail space. There will be 700 urban living units and 74 townhomes. Update: Frisco Planning and Zoning Commission approved plans for the development June 24. • Mahard Parkway and University Drive • No contact information is available North Fields The project: North Fields is a community that is part of the broader Fields development. Update: Frisco Planning and Zoning Commission approved plans for 363 urban living units and one parking garage at its June 24 meeting. Lexington Ranch The project: Lexington Ranch is a multifamily community in north Frisco that oers both apartments and townhomes. Apartment units are oered in studios or one-to-three bedrooms. Amenities include a pool, a clubhouse, gym and more. Update: Lexington Ranch units became available in March.

The Links on PGA Parkway The project: When complete, the development will include more than 1,300 units. There are 690 units at the complex now. Update: Developers broke ground on the nal phases of the project in May.
