Alex Nguyen said he named some of their signature drinks after his wife and daughters. The London—an espresso martini—bears his youngest daughter’s name and is one of the top sellers. What else? The Owl Bar oers karaoke every Friday and Saturday night. Recently, dueling piano entertain- ment was well-received and a plan is in place to make it a monthly event. Sporting events are shown on multiple televisions.

The Owl Bar goes beyond booze and boasts a menu, which features what the owners, describe as elevated bar fare. Alex and Lisa Nguyen, who are Frisco residents, opened The Owl Bar in 2023 in Frisco.
