Six two-story townhomes in Roanoke are approaching completion, with some still available for purchase, according to the property developer. What’s happening Amr Elborai, the CEO of Elborai Group, is the developer of the Morningside Townhomes. He said the residences cost roughly $6 million to build and the starting prices are more than $1.3 million. “I think they’ll be [selling] quickly,” he said. As of July 22, three of the townhomes had been sold, two were listed as contingent and one was still for sale. Build out is expected to be done by the end of July, Elborai said. The overview Roanoke City Council approved the develop- ment in 2022 and construction began in August 2023. The townhomes range from 3,600-4,000 square feet with three or four bedrooms, according to Elborai Group’s website. Some of the amenities include: • Outside courtyards • Laundry rooms • Rooftop balconies • Built-in closets • 3-car garages Additionally, owners can choose to add an elevator for an extra $30,000, Elborai said. $1.3M townhomes in Roanoke near completion
