The Village at Golden Triangle

The Village at Golden Triangle is now leasing single-family homes in Fort Worth.

The rst units were rented out in late May, according to a spokesperson for the leasing company. About 60 of the 316 planned houses are nished. Construction started in 2023 on the 29.7-acre site, with access o Golden Triangle Boulevard. Construction will wrap up in June 2026, according to the spokesperson, with about 25 homes being nished each month until then. The housing options include 1 bedroom/1 bathroom; 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms; and 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, according to the website. House prices start at $1,650 per month and go up to $2,660 per month, according to the website. There is also an option for a community bundle that includes TV service, 1-gig ber internet, trash, pest control, an alarm system and a video doorbell system.
