Kenzie Rankin was brought on to operate Nourish Cafe as general manager in July 2022. Located inside a building along with several other health-related businesses, the cafe serves healthy food options, co ee and drinks. What’s special about it? Known as the lunch spot for customers at the building’s other businesses, which include a gym, chiropractor o ce and massage therapy o ce, Rankin said the cafe is a hidden gem that has earned many regulars.
