FEBRUARY 26 BOOGIE AT THEMARDI GRAS FESTIVAL Get out a pair of dancing shoes for Kingwood Town Center’s annual Mardi Gras Festival and Parade. The festival will feature live musical performances from several artists, including Leroy Thomas and the Zydeco Roadrunners, and a parade at 2 p.m. with prizes awarded to the best entries.
