B-8, Magnolia, on May 15, owner and instructor Deborah Miner said via email July 2. “Lagree tness is a full-body, high- intensity low-impact 45-minute class that will leave your muscles leaner, longer and stronger, creating noticeable tone and de nition in the body,” Miner said. “The workout is on a Megaformer and incorporates strength, resistance and cardio training not only in every workout but in every exercise taught.” This is the studio’s second location; Wicked Core also has a studio at 3555 Rayford Road, Ste. 15, Spring, Miner said. 14 Wells Fargo will open a new location at the end of 2023 at 40460 Heritage Green Circle, Magnolia, Region Bank Director Tom DeBesse said. The new facility will allow the business to expand its services and include an additional pool focused solely on younger lessons. Fast Track Swimming will move from its 2,500-square-foot space to an almost 13,000-square-foot space, Garner said.
