Via Emilia Italian Restaurant, the Orioli Restaurant Group’s agship restaurant, is located in the Sterling Ridge Village of The Woodlands. Orioli’s Cucina Italiana, set to open in Montgomery at 791 Fish Creek Thoroughfare, will feature scratch- made Italian cuisine with housemade pas- tas, steaks, hearty braised meats, fresh- baked bread and desserts, according to the release. The restaurant will also feature extensive wine and craft cocktail selections. The 43-room hotel received a complete renovation of the interior and exterior, according to owner Matt Patel, and reopened under a new brand and new ownership.
