Aladdin Kebab House Willis eatery serves homemade Pakistani, Middle Eastern cuisine A laddin Kebab House opened Sept. 2 in Willis. Mariam Imran, their daughter, said it’s been her dad’s dream to open a restaurant. Mariam said Aladdin Kebab oers cuisine not often found nearby in northern Montgomery County, which is why they wanted to make the food more accessible. “There’s not a lot of Middle Eastern/Pakistani people here, and we wanted to introduce this type of food to people who are not of that race,” she said. “People love this food, but they have to drive all the way to The Woodlands or Houston, so this time, hopefully, people won’t have to drive that far.” The Iman family moved to Montgomery in 2007. Mariam said her father is originally from Pakistan, and her mom is from Syria. “My dad loves food, and this has always been his dream,” she said. “He’s the one who wanted to make this style of food accessible to more people.”

Mariam said everything in the kitchen is made from scratch and cooked by Sheikh and Nasreen. “When you come and eat here, you are literally getting home-cooked meals,” Mariam said. “Every- thing is cooked fresh over the ame. It’s going to take a couple minutes to make, but it’s worth it because you’re getting homemade, authentic food. It’s hard to nd this anywhere else.” Mariam said she hopes more people will become aware of the restaurant and the quality it oers. Aladdin Kebab House also oers service via Door- Dash, Uber Eats and Grubhub. “We’re here, and we hope people will come and try us out,” she said.
