Roma’s makes Prosper regulars feel like family Roma’s Italian Restaurant’s owner, Trey Kras- niqi, enjoys experimenting with avors, which is why he decided to open a restaurant, General Manager Agon Zogaj said. The restaurant opened in 2019 and serves traditional Italian food in Prosper.

“We know what they want,” Zogaj said. “We know how they like [their food].” A popular menu item, Jordan’s Pizza, is named after one of the restaurant’s regular customers, Jordan Viars, a minor league baseball player that Zogaj expects to go pro. What’s on the menu? There are many patron-favorite dishes, Zogaj said the lasagna and baked ziti are the most popular entrees. For diners who have never eaten at Roma’s, Zogaj recommends the Roma’s Combo, a portion of chicken parmigiana, cheese ravioli and fettuc- cine Alfredo or the tortellini alla panna, cheese tortellini served with pink sauce.

General Manager Agon Zogaj operates the restaurant.

“Trey loves food and experimenting with a- vors,” Zogaj said. “He tries to improve everything every day. The best way to do that is to have your own restaurant. You can make your dishes the way you like it and experiment with everything else.” What’s special about it? Zogaj said the Roma’s sta treats patrons like family, adding that he knows what most of the restaurant’s regulars are likely to order.
