ZERO Training Center prioritizes private, personalized tness Clients walking into ZERO Training Center aren’t met with large crowds or packed machines. They’re met with a private, personalized training session waiting to take place. For over a decade, Owner David Maldonado has helped Pearland residents learn a sustainable, healthy lifestyle through private, one-on-one training. What’s in a name Named after a song from the 1990s rock band The Smashing Pumpkins, which Maldonado said plays a big in uence on his life, ZERO Training Center was created through a passion for tness. The center o ers three training options—Execu- tive, Pro and Core—ranging from comprehensive, coach-led programs to exible, access-based training with support. What’s next? Maldonado said he is grateful for the support the Pearland community has shown him through the past decade, and is looking to use this experi- ence to potentially branch out and franchise. While he said he is looking to potentially franchise in the Houston Metro and throughout the state, he noted younger demographics tend to appreciate the privacy the center provides. “Young people are really prioritizing their health and tness,” he said. “We’re getting more of those in here, and it’s very encouraging, because the earlier you incorporate this into your life, the further you carry it into your life.”
The training center o ers free weights, including dumbbells and barbells, along with strength machines.
