What motivated you to run for the board of trustees?
If elected, what will be your top priorities for the district over the next three years? Over the next three years, I will prioritize stability, transparency, and student-centered leadership. I’ll strengthen special education through compliance, staffing and family trust, support and retain educators amid rising mandates, build community trust through transparency and ensure responsible financial governance while advocating fiercely for students and teachers.
I ran last year, my purpose hasn’t changed: advocating for equitable resources, protecting public education, and decisions centered on students. As a district employee and parent of three who’s navigated the [admission, review, dismissal] process for nine years, I understand both policy and personal impact. I will show up and advocate unapologetically.

I have six children on five campuses across all four grade bands in Pearland ISD. Volunteering with the school district seemed only natural. As a trustee, I ensure that every child has access to a safe, world-class education in Pearland schools. As a taxpayer, fiscal responsibility is also paramount.
Having revised our district’s strategic plan, my priorities mirror those of the district: safety, achievement, communication/transparency and fiscal responsibility.
