After traveling and visiting other local breakfast spots across the country, locals Sarah and Joe Silvernail decided to open their own restaurant in New Braunfels. “We were like, ‘Man, I wish this was in New Braunfels,’...so we took inspiration from a lot of dishes and we wanted to bring some of that stu that we like back home,” Joe Silvernail said. The Silvernail’s opened breakfast. at 2168 Oak Run Parkway, Ste. 102—within the Veramendi master-planned community—in August 2024. What’s special about it?
