LifePath Systems, a community-based nonpro ! t organization, exists to help individuals and their families dealing with mental illnesses, intellectual disabilities and developmental delays in Collin County and the surrounding areas. INTELLECTUAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES This program aims to help people and their families plan, link and monitor local services, as well as provide respite care to allow caregivers a break. The program includes a Day Habilitation for adults to work on functional living skills.
EARLY CHILDHOOD INTERVENTION LifePath Systems provides highly trained sta ! to o ! er service coordination, social work services, and developmental support and therapies. This includes specialized therapies, parent-to- parent supports and educational meetings for families.

LifePath provides children, adolescents and adults with evidence-based services that help people recover from mental health and substance use issues. This program has consistently been expanded to provide more access.
