CHAMBERS CREEK TAKING SHAPE INWILLIS Coventry Homes plans to build in Chambers Creek, a gated active adult community for residents age 55 and older in the Willis area, according to a Jan. 31 release from Coventry Homes. Floor plans and pricing have not been released for Coventry Homes. Home sales in the new community are expected to begin this summer, said Jennifer Symons, vice president of marketing for Caldwell Cos., the rm developing Chambers Creek. Chambers Creek will include 3,500 homes on 1,200

EAGLES NEST APARTMENTS TO FINISH CONSTRUCTION Eagles Nest Apartments will nish construction by mid-February, with preleasing available and move-in beginning in March, according to owner Tim Cook. The apartments, located at 254 Plez Morgan, Montgomery, oer one-bedroom units just over 700 square feet and two-bedroom units just under 1,000 square feet. The complex includes 32 two-bedroom units and 16 one-bedroom units.

FIDELIS GRAND CENTRAL APARTMENTS UNDERWAY Fidelis Grand Central is a 317-unit apartment complex within 336 Marketplace in Conroe and will tentatively have its leasing oce and rst 16 units ready by June 26, according to Brandi Johnson, director of marketing and business services for Mosaic Rental. The apartment complex will oer amenities, including a resort-style pool and outdoor spaces with grills and re pits, and will be within walking distance of retailers.

NEWSECTIONOF HOMES OPENS ATMACKENZIE CREEK Mackenzie Creek, a new single-family community in Conroe, has sold the 189 lots in its rst section, and Section 2 opened Feb. 1 with approximately 125 more lots, according to Legend Homes. The community features a pool and park, and homes include raised ceilings, vinyl plank ooring and energy-ecient features. Mackenzie Creek includes homes starting in the $220,000s and is located at 3228 Tavo Ridge Drive, Conroe.
