Update: This project is nearing completion. Oncor is finalizing the remaining electrical work needed to activate the flashing lights. After all work is finished, the signal will operate in flashing mode for a short period before transitioning into a fully functioning traffic light. • Timeline: An exact timeline is TBD; Residents will be notified when construction begins • Cost: $2.23 million • Funding source: Capital Projects fund

Update: Construction began in mid-January • Timeline: Final completion expected in May 2027 • Cost: $10.7 million • Funding source: City bonds, roadway impact fees 5 Helios Way Project: The street will be extended and upgraded to improve access to the SH 130 frontage road and support industrial development.
2 Pfluger Farm Lane North Project: A section of Pfluger Farm Lane will be widened into a three-lane road.
