Austin airport taxiway project breaks ground Construction on two new parallel concrete taxiways at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport began Sept. 27, a step toward the development of a new 20-plus gate concourse. About the project The project will streamline aircraft move- ment by connecting the runways between the existing Barbara Jordan Terminal and future Concourse B, airport ocials said, and is expected to be complete by spring 2027. Veterans space opens in Dripping Springs A 10-acre amenity hub for all veterans is complete in Dripping Springs. Trautwein Road revamp fully complete After a year of construction, Trautwein Road headed towards Dripping Springs is now fully operational after crews installed the nal touches on the road’s improvements this month, including a trac signal and pedestrian railing. South Austin’s Goodnight Ranch oor plans debut Developer Empire Communities introduced two new home models and a series of oor plans in the Goodnight Ranch community. The details In the rst collection, future homes will range from 1,905 to 2,340 square feet with three-story

designs featuring three- and four-bedroom spaces. Six houses are placed along a shared driveway, starting at $430,000. A second collection features three-story condo- minium units from 2,316 to 2,443 square feet. The condos will begin selling for $700,000. The last of the plans include single-family homes built on 30-foot lots, beginning at $450,000. Goodnight Ranch, a master-planned commu- nity, will include single-family homes, parks, an amenity center, pools and more.
