4 The city of Austin’s south Utility Customer Service Center reopened Nov. 1 following months of closure due to damage caused by Winter Storm Uri. Located at 1901 W. William Cannon Drive, Ste. 100, Austin, the oce serves city utility customers seeking assistance with billing, payment and payment assistance. The city also operates a north utility service center on Research Boulevard.
