Colleyville ocials approve funding for 2 road projects Colleyville City Council approved $885,590 in Texas Department of Transpor- tation funds for landscaping along SH 121 and SH 26. Another agreement for maintaining pavement markings and signage on railroad crossings at Bransburg, Pleasant and John McCain roads was approved. Colleyville will pay for a portion of the landscaping along SH 26 from Tennison Parkway to south of John McCain Road, and along SH 121 from north of Gateway Drive to Connecting Road. Colleyville will pay $123,000 using Tax Increment Finance funds, according to city documents.

Southlake City Council approves Shivers Farm Shivers Farm garnered approval from the Southlake City Council to move ahead with a 40-acre mixed-use development. During the Oct. 21 meeting, council voted 5-1 to pass the second reading for a zoning change and development site plan for Trademark Southlake at White Chapel Boulevard and SH 114.

The details The development plans call for a mix of restau- rants, oce space, a grocery store and 37 sin- gle-family residential lots in a subdivision called Willow Meadows, which will be in Lots 4 and 5. Lot 1 will either be a hotel or an entertainment venue; Lot 2 is for retail or restaurant and Lot 3 is for oce or restaurant, according to city documents. Terry Montesi, Trademark Property Company CEO and founder, said a national organic grocer would anchor the development, but he did not state the name of the store.
