Dove Station Project: The former location of a Food Lion grocery store and later Carroll ISD administration building is turning into 19 single-family homes on a 3.79-acre tract of land. Houses in the development will have Grapevine address but be part of Carroll ISD. Update: Graham Hart and Maykus Homes and Neighborhoods are building homes in the subdivision. Oak Alley Project: This housing project dates back to preliminary approval in 2019 and final approval the following year. The 34-lot development sits on 43 acres off John McCain Road. Update: Realtor Randy White said there are five lots still left to be sold, four of which are close to Big Bear Creek on the back portion of the development. Beldonia At The Trophy Project: Beldonia Homes is constructing seven townhomes near Trophy Club Town Hall. The townhomes range from $1.4 million to $1.8 million, according to the realty website. Units will range from three bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms to four bedrooms with 4.5 bathrooms, according to the website. Update: The first three townhomes are currently for sale. Residences at Southlake Project: Located in Southlake Town Square, the development has 55 condominiums with 22 different options for two- and three-bedrooms. Update: The first phase will be open Nov. 5, and the second phase will open in early 2026, General Manager Chesney Perozzi said. Units will be priced from $8,000 a month to $30,000 a month for the penthouse.
Grapevine Springs Project: The developer earned approval in July 2024. Eason Maykus, president of Maykus Homes and Neighborhoods, said the development would include 21 two-story homes. Update: Maykus said ground was broken on the development late this summer.
