evening peak hours after H-E-B opens. According to Placer.ai, a foot-traffic analytics tool, the H-E-B in Alliance has seen 3.3 million visits in 2025 so far, up from 2.61 million in 2024. These figures reflect the traffic impact expected from H-E-B and have prompted roadway improve- ments to accommodate the increase.

H-E-B is projected to generate 12,694 more daily trips , according to its traffic impact analysis. One of the access points off Cheek-Sparger Road is expected to see 3,924 more vehicles daily , which is prompting the installation of a traffic signal. The traffic study anticipates 392 more vehicles during morning peak hours and 758 during
