This outdoor event will include activities such as rubber duck races, train rides, animals to visit and pumpkin photo- ops. There will also be three contests to enter: the hairiest man contest, costume contest and chili contest. 8 a.m. (Hairy Man 5K), 11 a.m. (festival opens). Free admission.
