Grapevine Brownstones nears completion Grapevine Brownstones, located o Dallas Road near Hotel Vin, will have construction nished by the end of April, Realtor/Broker Laura Cavalle Beck with Sundance Realtors said April 4. Breaking it down Phase 1 includes 10 luxury town homes that Eason Maykus, president of Maykus Homes & Neighborhoods, said each lot will be an acre or larger. Lots already are for sale starting at $1.8 million, according to the neighborhood’s website. There are three companies that are building houses in the development: Maykus Homes & Neighborhoods, WillowTree Custom Home and Calais Custom Homes. Villaggio in Westlake to be complete by summer A new neighborhood in Westlake should have all of its houses nished by summer. What’s happening? Hat Creek Development, based in Grapevine, is spearheading a 17-lot development called Villaggio. The gated community sits on 37.5 acres on the corner of Dove Road and Pearson Lane, according to the town of Westlake’s website.
Grapevine grants delay for town houses Grapevine City Council approved a one- year design overlay extension for a planned town home development. The gist The design overlay enables the devel- opment, called the Reserve at Bear Creek, to build town homes on smaller lots with smaller setbacks. The overlay was slated to expire in March and building permits have not been led yet.
