11 Icon Lodging Roanoke may soon have two new places for people to stay. At its Aug. 21 meeting, Roanoke City Council approved site plans from Icon Lodging for Residence Inn and Home 2 Suites, which will be opening 2024-2025. The hotels would be built on 4.5 acres.
