The Cephas House The home was built by Ulysses Cephas, a blacksmith, carpenter, musician and entrepreneur born in 1884 to formerly enslaved parents. The space hosts cultural programming and events. • Built in the 1920s • 217 Martin Luther King Drive, San Marcos

Charles S. Cock House The house was originally owned by Charles S. Cock, who was a former San Marcos mayor. The home was placed on the National Register of Historic
The Carrington House The structure was built on the second plot of land sold in Buda by LD & Sarah Carrington. It served as a hotel and boarding house until 1897 and is the oldest building in Downtown Buda. • Built in 1882 • 320 N. Main St., Buda
