Forty Six Coffee, Cafe & Catering Husband and wife Seth and Lindsey Holmbeck opened the cafe inside the McKenna Center in October 2021. For breakfast, coffee and pastries— including muffins, croissants and their most popular breakfast items, sausage kolaches—are made fresh every morning. Butcher Boy Taco House Jeremie Hernandez and his family opened the restaurant in December 2021. Butcher Boy Taco House began as a meat market under the same name in the 1970s. The breakfast and lunch menu includes a variety of plates such as cheese enchiladas.
