8 Three Empires Brewing Co. is slated to open this summer. Zoning for the 1,300-square-foot brewery, to be located on the corner of Fifth Street and Main Street in the historic Ford Building, was approved at a March 8 Frisco City Council meeting. The brewery itself will feature a small brewing and fermenting room, a “We really wanted to build a really nice neighborhood bar that had a beautiful scratch kitchen to give them good, quality food that was missing in this area,” co-owner Stephen Williams said. Diners can enjoy both alcoholic drinks and nonalcoholic beverages, such as mocktails and nonalcoholic beer, as well as “liquor breakfast” mimosas, bloody marys and wines. Food options include Cajun chicken pasta, Reuben sandwiches and more. The location is open until 2 a.m. on Friday and FEATURED IMPACT NOW OPEN Corner Bar + Kitchen celebrated a soft opening March 10 at 8898 Coleman Blvd. in Frisco. The restaurant also celebrated with a grand opening event on April 1.
