I was inspired to run for Frisco ISD Board of Trustees, Place 5 when I saw that parents, teachers, and community members needed a voice in Frisco. Our beloved school district has built a legacy of excellence through the years based on academic rigor, student suc- cess, and parental involvement. I will open the dialogue so that parents are partners with the district to continue the success of FISD.
I care deeply about Frisco and its educational community, and have dedicated years to helping support it. We have an excellent dis- trict that needs leadership to break through the recent political distractions and division. I aim to be a positive and thoughtful voice on the board.

Restarting my college education as an adult learner at Collin College has been one of the great joys of my life, and it is my ardent hope to give back to the school and the community by being an active, engaged and forward-thinking trustee with a growth mindset and passion for the faculty and student experience.
