It is time for Frisco to have new leadership as mayor. Trans- parency in government and the inclusion of citizen involve- ment is not where it needs to be in our city. Citizens are at the top of the city’s organizational chart, and it’s time they were treated that way. Recent public hearings and the decision on Universal Studios only magnify the gap in transparent government and citizen input.
My young family moved to Frisco in 2003, started a business and wanted to invest in the community that would shape our lives. That is why I originally ran for City Council in 2007. When I became mayor in 2017, I had a bold vision. Since then, Frisco has continued achieving unparalleled success. I am proud of my record and want to continue serving Frisco for one nal term.

I initially ran because I had the expertise to support the city’s Vision 2020 Strategic Pri- orities. I want to continue serving, because I know there is more to be done, and I have a proven track record of making the tough decisions that benet our community. My experience and aptitude for understanding long-term consequences give me a unique ability to anticipate risks and opportunities in Frisco’s development, helping ensure Frisco’s future is optimized for everyone.
I love our district, as does my wife, an FISD teacher, and my daughters, FISD students. My love of education, a lifetime of service to nation and community, and desire to improve working conditions and educational standards led me to seek the position of Frisco ISD trustee. My unique background as a Frisco ISD educator, administrator, parent and veteran make me uniquely qualied to serve my community in this capacity.
I am seeking re-election, because I believe I am the best person to continue to do the work on behalf of the teachers and students of our great district. I am running to ensure that we keep our students and teachers at the forefront of our decision making. As the Place 4 incumbent, board secretary and current board communi- cations chair, I believe I have proven my dedication to resolving vital issues currently aecting our district.
