2 Elm Street reconstruction Elm Street will be reconstructed from First Street to South County Road. The project includes reconstruction of the road and the addition of parking and pedestrian paths. 1 Fields Parkway construction Fields Parkway will be constructed to a six-lane divided roadway in the coming year. The project will span from Dallas Parkway to Frisco Street, according to Frisco’s capital projects report. The project is in the design phase and is anticipated to start construction in July. Timeline: July 2023-June 2024 Cost: $6.5 million Funding source: to be determined
3 Town and Country Boulevard widening Town and Country Boulevard from Spring Creek Parkway to Legacy Drive is under construction. The project includes the reconstruction of the existing pavement, and it is widen- ing the road to four lanes, according to Frisco’s capital projects report. The project is about 98% complete. Timeline: May 2022-spring 2023 Cost: $4.72 million Funding source: city of Frisco
