THE WOODLANDS The median household income in The Woodlands is the highest in the region at more than $130,000 in 2021, and more than 63% of residents have at least a bachelor’s degree.

OAK RIDGE NORTH The city of Oak Ridge North has seen its population decrease by about 3% since 2016, contrary to the overall county increase of more than 17%, but the median income has increased by about $15,000.

SHENANDOAH The city’s population has increased by more than 20% since 2016, but the median household income has decreased by $20,000. The average age in Shenandoah is just above 60.
