FROM HANNAH: More than ve years after Hurricane Harvey wreaked havoc on the Texas Gulf Coast, –ooding remains a concern for many residents and business owners in the Spring and Klein community. In hopes of tackling –ood mitigation e—orts, the Cypress Creek Flooding Task Force is working with local legislators to create a new drainage district to give a voice to the largely unincorporated Cypress Creek watershed, which spans the Cypress, Spring and Klein communities.
