5 food chains coming soon to Prosper, Celina Here are five chain restaurants that are coming soon to Prosper and Celina. Blaze Pizza is coming soon to Celina and is expected to open later this year. The chain pizza restaurant offers signature and customized pizzas. A new Chick-fil-A is expected to open in Prosper, which will be the second location for the town. Cracker Barrel Old Country Store offers a variety of southern food options, including all-day break- fast and dinner entrees. Also coming to Prosper is J. Alexander’s Kitchen and Bar , which is opening at The Gates this summer. J. Alexander’s serves a variety of American cuisine, including wood-fired steaks, seafood, burgers and house-made desserts. Torchy’s Tacos is confirmed to be coming soon to Celina later this year. The restaurant will serve specialty tacos, burritos and queso.
