Main & MIll Corridor project Paving work on Main Street has been substantially completed with the construction of travel lanes, a 5-foot- wide bike lane and on-street public parking, according to Lewisville offi- cials. Sidewalks and pedestrian street lighting have been installed on Main Street. While paving is still underway on Mill Street, the section of the road between Church Street and College Street is complete. Sidewalk work on Mill Street is still underway. Timeline: October 2019-August 2020 Cost: $8.53 million Funding source: city of Lewisville
FM 1171 at River Walk Drive intersection improvements This project includes the implemen- tation of a westbound right-turn lane, a northbound left-turn lane and a southbound left-turn lane at FM 1171 and River Walk Drive. For the project, crews will also build about 400 feet of new sidewalk along the westbound right-turn lane and will make traffic signal improvements at the intersection. The first phase of paving is complete, and installation of traffic signals is underway. Timeline: October 2019-March 2020 Cost: $950,000 Funding source: town of Flower Mound

Forest Vista Drive reconstruction Flower Mound Town Council is ex- pected to vote sometime in March to award a construction contract for this project, which consists of the recon- struction of Forest Vista Drive from Morriss Road to Chancellor Drive. De- sign for the project is still underway. The town awarded a $160,487 profes- sional services agreement for design services to Pacheco Koch Consulting Engineers Inc. in January 2019. Timeline: TBD Cost: $2.73 million Funding source: town of Flower Mound
The Morriss Road project includes concrete panel replacements from FM 3040 to Firewheel Drive, Amer- icans with Disabilities Act improve- ments from FM 3040 to Firewheel Drive and 20-inch and 24-inch water line replacements from Forest Vista Drive to Garden Road. Construction crews have completed all paving from FM 3040 to Forest Vista Drive. Sidewalk construction is underway in the area now and is expected to continue through February. Paving will begin again in mid-February at Forest Vista Drive. Timeline: May 2019-May 2020 Cost: $5.45 million Funding source: town of Flower Mound
