Wurstfest The 10-day festival will celebrate New Braunfels’ German heritage. This year features more than 40 entertainment acts from all over the world on five stages. Food vendors offer German-inspired food and drinks, such as the Wurst-n-Taschen, bratwurst on pita bread topped with sauerkraut.
