Garages of America sells individual customizable suites for customers to store their cars and are specifically designed to hold luxury show cars, according to its website. The company’s special-use building permit was approved for the new Frisco Street location at a Jan. 17 Frisco City Council meeting. Of the five buildings, one will be a three-story self-storage building alongside the remaining four garage buildings.
