10 Tumbles Tumbles will open a new gymnasium in Round Rock in 2025. The gymnasium combines physical activity with Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics, or STEAM, education. The business in downtown Round Rock features over 20 TVs showing sports games, arcade games, a patio and a full service bar with a menu ranging from brunch to dinner options.
13 Liberty Barbecue After six years of serving downtown Round Rock, the restaurant announced its permanent closure via social media Nov. 1. The last day of the full- service barbecue restaurant’s operation was Oct. 26, per its Facebook page. Liberty Barbecue first opened in December 2018. • Closed Oct. 26

14 Urgent Care Center at Texas Children’s Hospital North Austin Campus The hospital, which opened in February as Texas Children’s fourth location, closed its urgent care center. The hospital offers neonatal and pediatric intensive care, gynecological services, a labor and delivery unit, and a heart center.
