Fulshear hires new finance director Fulshear’s finance department will be led by a new face following the Jan. 20 appoint- ment of Angela Alvarado as the city’s new finance director. The appointment comes after former director Erin Tureau left the city in December. Zooming in Alvarado previously held various finance roles including a senior finance management position at Investment Governance and FP&A and a senior finance advisor at Global Consoli- dations & Reporting, per agenda documents. She comes to the city with over 25 years of leadership experience of overseeing complex financial operations, budgeting, consolidation, internal controls and multi-entity reporting.
