Attendees can review exhibits, speak with project team members, and provide comments at any time, with no formal presentation. The public may use the back parking lot of the center for direct access to the gymnasium. A virtual public meeting, with a pre-recorded presentation, and an online survey, will be available from Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2025. The online survey will be closed on Friday, Oct. 31, 2025.

The Mobility Study has identified short-, medium-, and long-term solutions that enhance safety, reduce congestion, and promote sustainability, all based on the input from the public, stakeholders, and technical data analysis. This second public meeting provides opportunities to learn about these proposed improvements, ask questions, and provide feedback.
